Return & Refund Requirements

  1. Eligibility:

 

a. To be eligible for a return, the item must be purchased directly from Mr. Muti Angling Supplies website (www.mrmuti.com).

b. The return period for a refund or exchange is 7 days from the date of delivery.

​

c. Only items in their original condition and packaging will be accepted for return. The item should be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or alteration.

  2. Return Process:

​

a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@mrmuti.com within the 7-day return period.

​

b. Provide the following information in your return request:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

 

c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number (RMA) if necessary.

d. Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.

​

e. Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation in the package.

​

f. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

​

a. If the return is due to a defect, error in the order, or damaged item, Mr. Muti Angling Supplies will cover the return shipping costs.

​

b. If the return is for reasons other than those mentioned above, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

​

 

  4. Refund Process:

​

a. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange.

​

b. If the return is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

​

c. Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
